The Front Desk Clerk serves as the primary point of contact for guests and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient check-in and check-out experience. This role is critical in maintaining smooth daily operations by managing reservations, handling inquiries, and coordinating with other departments. The Front Desk Clerk is responsible for accurately processing payments, maintaining guest records, and addressing any concerns promptly to enhance overall guest satisfaction. Minimum Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and professional first impression.
• Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently, including verifying reservations and processing payments.
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle guest inquiries or requests promptly and courteously.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and transactions using property management software.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met and issues are resolved quickly.
• Handle billing and cash transactions accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation options to guests.
• Assist in managing lost and found items and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
