Feed Mill Operator Pay: $24.00/hour Shift: 3rd Shift | MondayFriday, 10:00 PM 6:30 AM Overtime and weekends as needed PPE: Steel or Composite Toe Boots Position Type: Temp-to-Hire Position Summary Operate feed mill and production equipment to support manufacturing operations while meeting production, quality, and safety standards. Responsibilities Operate feed mill equipment and forklifts safely and efficiently. Move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility. Monitor production processes and meet daily production goals. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements. Complete production documentation and perform basic computer tasks. Assist with other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Forklift certification required. Feed mill experience required. 2+ years of manufacturing or production experience. High School Diploma or GED preferred. Basic computer and math skills. Ability to read, write, and follow instructions. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and sense of urgency. Must pass a background check. Physical Requirements Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Stand, walk, climb stairs/ladders, and work in tight spaces. Comfortable working at heights over 5 feet. Ability to work in hot, cold, and dusty environments. Ideal candidate: A safety-focused, dependable operator with feed mill and forklift experience who can work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
