Summary
Location: Turlock, CA
Duration: 2 Months
1st Shift: Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm
2nd Shift: Monday-Friday 2pm-10:30pm
3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday 10pm-6:30am
Responsibilities
Operate heavy industrial equipment for assigned production department.
Meet daily production goals.
Clean work area and assigned plant area at the end of the shift.
Wear required PPE and follow all safety procedures and policies.
Work safely with minimal supervision.
Complete miscellaneous assignments from management.
Requirements
Must pass required assessments.
Ability to sit, stand, walk, work in tight spaces, and climb stairs/ladders.
Ability to read, write, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Visual acuity.
Ability to work in hot, cold, and dusty environments.
Comfortable working at heights greater than 5 feet.
Attention to detail.
Basic computer and math skills.
Sense of urgency.
Availability for overtime and weekends as required by business needs.
Forklift certification.
Minimum 2 years of production or manufacturing experience.
High school diploma.
Preferred Skills
Forklift and feed mill experience.
