The role
We are looking for a Medical Education Associate Breast Cancer.
Your primary activities will focus on interacting with healthcare professionals (HCPs) within the breast cancer domain:
- Organizing, presenting, and evaluating educational meetings with healthcare providers to improve the treatment of patients with breast cancer and promote the proper use of an oral anticancer treatment
- Educating (educational training) of oncology nurses
- Coordinating and participating in workshops offered by the company to HCPs
- Following up on questions from oncology nurses regarding the management of medication side effects you represent
- Participating in independent scientific meetings for oncology nurses
- Assessing the needs of customers regarding patient management
Capacity to collaborate with the internal team:
- Evaluating educational material with HCPs
- Collaborating with the medical and marketing team to develop material for patient management and proper medication use
- Developing future models for educational staff meetings, aligned with customer and strategic needs of the company you represent
- Collaborating with Medical Representatives Oncology
Profile requirements
- Bachelors degree in sciences (e.g., nursing)
- Beautiful experience with the treatment of breast cancer patients in a hospital setting is a must
- You can work independently
- You are driven
- You can listen well and are service-oriented
- You are a team player with strong interpersonal skills
- You have strong communication skills and experience in presenting and giving lectures
- You have excellent organizational skills
- You speak fluent Dutch, French, and English
- Good practical knowledge of MS Office
