Role Description This full-time, on-site Financial Advisor role is based in Goodyear, AZ. The Financial Advisor will meet with clients to review their financial situation, clarify needs and goals, and determine appropriate strategies to address those objectives. Daily responsibilities include developing personalized financial plans, evaluating investment options, and recommending suitable retirement and wealth accumulation strategies. The role involves ongoing portfolio monitoring, conducting reviews, and adjusting plans as markets or client circumstances change. The Financial Advisor will also collaborate with the firm's leadership to uphold a high standard of ethical advice, regulatory compliance, and client service. Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning, with the ability to design comprehensive, client-centric strategies. Solid foundation in Finance, including understanding of cash flow, risk management, and tax-aware planning. Proficiency in evaluating and recommending Investments, including asset allocation and portfolio construction. Experience providing Financial Advisory services, including client consultation, suitability assessment, and ongoing relationship management. Relevant licenses (e.g., FINRA Series registrations) and ability to meet applicable regulatory requirements. Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in clear, accessible language.
