Job Summary:


Ensure all areas of Casino property are maintained in good condition by performing various tasks related to a variety of trades including plumbing, electrical, lighting, pneumatics and hydraulics in accordance to Company policies and procedures, with strong emphasis on safety.

Essential Job Functions:

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair duties on all building mechanical systems, equipment, and tools
• Work with senior engineers in coordinating projects and project scheduling
• Operate life safety systems
• Perform maintenance and repair
• Perform mechanical services of power plant including chillers, air compressors and related equipment
• All other duties that may be assigned

Work Environment:

• Must be able to work indoors and outdoors and be exposed to various environmental factors such as rain, dust, extreme heat and extreme cold, CRT fatigue
• Must be willing to work any shift when necessary
• Must be able to tolerate areas containing second hand smoke

Requirements:

• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English
• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have valid Nevada Driver's License or ability to obtain same
• Must have ability to perform basic mathematical functions
• Must have working knowledge of office equipment such as phones, copiers, computers, fax machines
• Must have minimum of three years experience in casino and kitchen maintenance
• Must have minimum of three years experience in plumbing, electrical, paint and general carpentry
• Must be able to utilize hand tools and electronic equipment, electrical, plumbing, and lighting
• Must be at least 21 years of age

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift maximum of 50 lbs
• Must be able to move around property quickly
• Must be able to work in confines spaces and awkward positions
• Must be able to bend, crouch, kneel, twist, walk, sit and stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to climb ladders, scaffolding, and stairs
• Must have manual dexterity in hands and fingers
