Since our founding, we've built lasting client relationships through collaboration, exceptional craftsmanship, and a commitment to delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.Why join us?Competitive compensation and annual bonus opportunitiesComprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits401(k) with company matchPaid time off and company holidaysStable backlog of diverse commercial projectsCollaborative, team-oriented culture with direct access to leadershipOpportunities for professional growth and long-term career advancementJob DetailsResponsibilitiesManage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously.Lead projects through preconstruction, procurement, construction, and closeout.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and owners.Review drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.Monitor project financial performance and prepare monthly cost reports.Ensure compliance with contract documents, quality standards, and safety requirements.Conduct owner meetings and provide regular project updates.Mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers.Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects for a General Contractor.Experience with healthcare, higher education, laboratory, institutional, commercial, or interior fit-out projects preferred.Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration.Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or Primavera P6 is preferred.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
