Assembly Technician I - Night Shift

Production Team Member – Nacelle Assembly Technician Location: Brighton, CO Overview Vestas Nacelles Factory in Brighton manufactures nacelles and hubs for wind turbines. The Production Team Member will assemble fabricated parts at designated floor stations using pneumatic hand tools and power tools to construct high-quality nacelle units efficiently. Shift Information Night Shift: Monday – Thursday, 3:45 pm – 4:45 am with a $3 per hour differential. Responsibilities Efficiently assemble components utilizing both hand and power tools. Operate manufacturing equipment with a focus on safety and efficiency. Adhere to Process Work Instructions and manual production processes, ensuring parts fit and are assembled correctly, including bolts, screws, shafts, and bearings. Achieve production standards for various tasks within the allotted time frame. Handle materials by lifting, positioning, and/or removing them from the work area as needed. Manage materials using a bridge crane for loading, stacking, and transportation purposes. Interpret schematics to accurately assemble machine components. Collaborate with fellow assemblers to construct the final product. Test and inspect components to ensure they meet our standards of uniformity and quality. Qualifications Previous manufacturing experience is required. Familiarity with standard power and hand tools. Mechanical aptitude. Ability to read and follow written instructions in English. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
