Project Director - Water/Wastewater

Travelling Project Director - Water/Wastewater Location: Anywhere in Northwest Arkansas or Oklahoma City, OK, or Tulsa, OK Salary:$140K-$170K base (salary depends on experience)Leads new business development and project execution for water/wastewater projects across multiple markets. Builds client relationships with municipalities, utilities, and industrial clients, drives proposals and pursuits, and oversees projects from award through completion. Requires extensive travel.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Identifies and pursues new water/wastewater project opportunities; builds relationships with municipal, utility, and industrial clients and decision makers- Tracks market trends and competitor activity; monitors client capital project pipelines- Leads Go/No-Go evaluation, proposal development, and RFQ/RFP responses- Negotiates contract terms and supports deal closure- Oversees execution of awarded projects: budget, schedule, change orders, and client satisfaction- Coordinates with PMs, superintendents, and field staff to resolve issues and keep projects on track- Ensures safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on all assigned projects- Keeps leadership informed on client relationships and project healthQUALIFICATIONS - 10+ years in water/wastewater design, construction, or business development (or equivalent experience)- 10 + years of identifying opportunities - Track record winning and managing water/wastewater infrastructure projects- Strong grasp of municipal/utility procurement and contract law- Proficient in MS Office and project management software- Strong communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior leadership and public boardsTRAVELRegular travel to project sites, client offices, and the company located throughout AR, OK, and KS Candidates who fill out the skills and questions move to the front of the application process!BenefitsFull Benefits Included
