Salary: Up to $38/hr Shift: Fri/Sat - 5a - 5p and then Sun/Mon 5p-5a Location: Kansas City, MOJob Duties and ResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, and repair manufacturing equipment and fixturesPerform routine and emergency maintenance tasks to minimize downtimeDiagnose mechanical and electrical issues with equipmentMaintain accurate records of maintenance and repair workCollaborate with other departments to resolve technical issuesFollow safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe work environmentInvestigate recurring maintenance problems and recommend corrective actionsAssist in continuous improvement efforts to enhance equipment performanceUtilize manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools for troubleshootingProvide support during equipment installations or upgradesEducation RequirementsHigh school diploma or GEDTechnical certification or associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanics, or related field (preferred)Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in industrial maintenanceAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematicsProficient with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipmentFamiliarity with PLCs and automated systems (preferred)Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and commitment to safetyWillingness to work assigned shifts and overtime as needed
