Title: Solution Architect Sr
Location: Pittsburgh, PA; Dallas, TX; Phoenix, AZ
Contract: W2 only
Overview
Provide technical leadership for a real-time decisioning platform, leading by example through daily hands-on development—designing and coding core components end-to-end to solve complex, ambiguous problems at scale while setting a high bar for code quality, performance, reliability, security, and long-term maintainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for a real-time decisioning platform
- Lead by example through daily hands-on development
- Design and code core components end-to-end
- Solve complex, ambiguous problems at scale
- Set a high standard for code quality, performance, reliability, security, and maintainability
- Modern Java depth Java 17+ / Java 21
- Spring Boot
- MongoDB
- Distributed system design
- Performance tuning
- Rest API's
- Observability & Reliability (logging, tracing, etc.)
- Cloud (Any cloud fine, Preferably Red Hat OpenShift)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Tradeoff thinking
- Team player
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Kafka
- CI/CD
- Agile/Scrum Exposure
