Desired Qualifications:

• Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist in New York State
• Experience as a practicing PT (open to all backgrounds; school experience not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to school-based documentation and IEP processes (training provided)
• Reliable, organized, and collaborative mindset

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct physical therapy services for students ages K-22 as prescribed
• Participate in student support and progress monitoring with guidance from school staff
• Adapt treatment plans based on student needs and school environment
• Accurately document services, receiving coaching on all school-specific requirements
• Communicate with teachers, staff, and caregivers to facilitate student improvement
