Responsibilities: Actively pursue enrollment of new members through self‑generated and company‑sponsored programs, promotions, and referrals. Engage potential members and support them in fulfilling their fitness goals. Member engagement, building and equipment maintenance and safety. Membership sales (Club and Individual – including services, products, programs). Membership billing and customer service (friendly, clean, helpful, problem resolution). Information hub – product knowledge, programs, events etc. Qualifications: Takes ownership of results. Fight hard to win. Adapts well and quickly to various situations. Communicates well with members and teammates with a customer service mentality. Team player and willing to jump into any task. Strong mathematical, analytical and sales skills. Extremely organized and detail‑oriented. Able to work independently, multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment. Comfortable with technology and phone etiquette. Must be 20 hours a week, available Thursdays and at least one weekend day. Must pass a background check. Compensation & Benefits: Hourly position; potential annual earnings $36,000–$72,000.
