About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Supply Chain & Logistics to lead the end-to-end supply chain strategy and transformation across its various brands. The successful candidate will be responsible for procurement, inventory management, distribution, logistics, and supply chain systems, with a focus on evolving the supply chain into a proactive, data-driven competitive advantage. This role requires a leader with a strong background in supply chain management, particularly in retail or multi-location, multi-brand environments, and a proven track record of driving transformation and improving performance metrics. The VP will also be accountable for financial ownership, P&L management, and leading high-value negotiations with vendors and partners. Key responsibilities for the VP of Supply Chain & Logistics include establishing and driving the enterprise supply chain vision and strategy, leading transformation initiatives, and serving as a strategic advisor to the executive team. The role demands a leader with at least 10 years of progressive supply chain management experience, combining operational leadership and strategic ownership, and a strong commercial, financial, and business acumen. The VP will be expected to build and lead high-performing supply chain teams, set clear performance expectations, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Experience in people and organizational leadership, as well as a background in systems, data, and analytics, is essential for this position.
