Leading U.S. Engineering consulting firm is seeking a Structural Engineer for their Milwaukee office!
Responsibilities:
Lead the structural design/analysis of building projects from project start to finish
Develop structural systems/technical solutions that balance performance, constructability, schedule, and project goals
Serve as a primary point of contact for projects
Coordinate effectively across all teams on the project
Manage multiple projects simultaneously (scope, schedule, budget, and deliverable coordination)
Prepare/oversee structural calculations, specifications, reports, and construction documents
Direct/coordinate BIM modeling and drawing production in Revit
Mentor/train junior staff
Build/maintain client relationships
Assist with business development
Requirements:
Master’s degree in civil engineering with a structural emphasis
5+ years of professional experience in structural design of buildings
Professional Engineer (PE) licensure
Experience managing projects and coordinating multidisciplinary design teams
Proficient in structural analysis and design software
Experience developing/coordinating construction documents in Revit

Salary is commensurate with experience.
