Demand Planner

Are you a data-driven Demand Planner ready to take ownership of forecasting and help build processes from the ground up? A growing leader in the metal roofing manufacturing industry is looking for a highly analytical professional to join their team. This is a high-impact role where you’ll report directly to leadership, own the forecasting process, and play a key role in strengthening the company’s S&OP function. We’re specifically looking for someone who is not only a strong Demand Planner, but who has also supported or been involved in the implementation and adoption of ERP and forecasting systems. Salary up to $100,000 per year (depending on experience) Fully onsite in Irving, TX Benefits include 401(k), Health, Dental, Vision Insurance, and Paid Time Off Own and lead the company-wide demand forecasting process Partner with Sales and leadership to build and align on a consensus forecast Analyze historical data, trends, and market inputs to improve forecast accuracy Translate demand plans into actionable production, purchasing, and inventory strategies Support and help optimize ERP and forecasting tools as the business evolves What You’ll Need (Must-Haves) Bachelor’s degree + 3 years of experience in planning, inventory, or manufacturing, OR 7+ years of relevant experience Strong Excel skills and hands-on experience working within ERP systems Proven understanding of supply chain concepts, forecasting, and inventory management Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional and leadership stakeholders Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment with limited structure Experience supporting or implementing ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) APICS Certification (CPIM, CSCP) Experience participating in or supporting S&OP processes #J-18808-Ljbffr
