Speech Pathologist

Position Overview Speech Pathologist – Full‑time and part‑time positions in Acute Care at Geisinger Medical Center and Pediatrics. You will provide speech and language therapy to patients in a supportive environment that values small victories and cutting‑edge technology. Responsibilities Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs. Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as necessary. Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment. Celebrate patient victories along the way. Qualifications Current licensure or certification required by state regulations. Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC). CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire. Master’s degree preferred, or bachelor’s degree with field experience.
