Requirements: This position requires a person to be physically fit and mentally alert. There may be a need for standing, walking, sitting, lifting, kneeling, reaching, handling, thinking, reasoning, and calculating, some of it constant A positive attitude and professional behavior are expected and displayed consistently in all dealings with members and/or fellow Team members Must have one year of experience working with children CPR/First Aid/AED for adults, infants, and children or ability to obtain certification Highly motivated and enthusiastic with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Available to work days full time Monday-Friday and able to commit to entire summer season Driver’s License or reliable transportation to and from work. State Specific Licensing Requirements as applicable Basic Job Responsibilities: Provide leadership support to counselors and the Director throughout the summer with programming, logistics, safety, and facilities Developing youth friendships to ensure each child is connected to their camp community - upholding the Mighty Camps brand and experience through thoughtful and intentional choices.
