You’ll play an impactful role across multiple campuses, serving as a vital resource for both students and educational teams.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Previous experience in educational or school-based settings preferred
• Strong knowledge of Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
• Ability to collaborate effectively with IEP teams, staff, and parents
• Proven skill in modeling and coaching behavioral interventions to staff
• Understanding of specialized programs such as life skills, autism supports, and behavioral support classrooms

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver district-wide behavioral consultation and support for six buildings
• Work closely with specialized programs, including life skills and autism-specific classrooms
• Develop, implement, and monitor FBAs/BIPs in collaboration with IEP teams
• Model appropriate behavioral interventions and coach school staff to ensure best-practices implementation
• Provide ongoing observation, data collection, and presentation of findings to multidisciplinary teams
• Support staff with resources, training, and individualized strategies as needed
