Program Analyst

As the Program Analyst, you will drive the hands-on execution and tracking of critical financial grant and advance programs for specific practices. Working closely with various other departments, you'll manage recurring payment cycles, validate eligibility, and build scalable SOPs to power reliable, audit-ready operations. The ideal candidate has 3 years of experience in program or project management related roles, a bachelor's degree and is detail oriented, able to work in a fast pace and changing environment while keeping multiple workstreams on schedule. If you're looking for your next opportunity, apply now!ResponsibilitiesLead the rollout and recurring execution of financial grant and advance offerings, translating growth terms into repeatable, auditable workflows.Triage incoming capital requests, evaluate practice financials and performance metrics, and prepare intake summaries for steering committee and Legal review.Validate eligibility inputs, route executed payment records to Accounts Payable and reconcile contract-level records to keep central leaders accurate.Draft version-controlled SOPs and build dashboards to give leadership clear visibility into payment volumes and timelines.Partner across various teams to streamline workflows, ensure regulatory compliance, and support AI automation initiatives.Qualifications/Background ProfileBachelor's degree required in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field3+ years of progressive program or project management experienceStrong Excel and Google Sheets skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data reconciliationExperience working in a CRM (specifically Salesforce) is highly preferred.This job is Fully Remote. Pay Range: Hourly $25.00 to $30.00.
