Junior Program Analyst

Junior Program AnalystSAIC is seeking a Junior Program Analyst to join a small, collaborative team supporting mission-focused projects for the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Scientific Computing Board (SCB).This position will be primarily remote, with flexibility to support a hybrid work arrangement in Silver Spring, Maryland, as needed or requested by FDA stakeholders. Candidates must reside within reasonable commuting distance of the FDA White Oak campus.The FDA Scientific Computing Board promotes collaboration, integration, and awareness across the Agency's scientific computing and information technology (IT) community. Its mission is to strengthen scientific IT systems and infrastructure in support of FDA's broader regulatory science mission while fostering greater collaboration within the scientific computing community and beyond.The successful candidate will possess strong verbal and written communication skills and will work directly with high-visibility FDA stakeholders, including SCB Leadership, Members, Observers, working groups, and other FDA partners and collaborators. The role will involve identifying program needs, coordinating activities, and developing high-quality communications and deliverables that advance the Board's mission and strategic priorities.The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. The candidate should be able to manage multiple workstreams, respond effectively to emerging needs and shifting priorities, and provide support across coordination, documentation, communications, and planning activities as needed.
