Machine Operator Trainee - 1st Shift
Join a family-owned manufacturing company with over 65 years of success. We are seeking motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude to join our team. No experience is required. We provide training for the right candidates.
What You'll Learn
- Operate and monitor production equipment
- Set up cold heading machinery
- Make mechanical adjustments for product quality
- Perform inspections using calipers and micrometers
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment
- Follow quality and safety standards
- Assist with other production-related duties as needed
Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work an 8-hour shift
- Commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork
- Strong communication and attendance
