Night Audit Representative

Position Summary Night Audit Representative requires an individual capable of providing superior guest service in a fast‑paced hotel environment, ensuring 100% guest satisfaction. The role includes completing all end‑of‑day front desk and night audit functions, accurate recording and reporting of property receipts, and adherence to the hotel’s standard of genuine hospitality. Responsibilities Provide superior guest service in a fast‑paced hotel environment, ensuring 100% guest satisfaction. Record and report all property receipts accurately and timely. Follow cash handling procedures as outlined by the accounting department. Collect payment at checkout and provide change for guests as needed. Perform all end‑of‑day front desk and night audit functions, including reviewing cashier audits for accuracy, balancing credit card postings to the computer system, maintaining database integrity daily, and auditing master bills. Prepare computer systems for the following day. Back up files/tapes daily and maintain accurate backup records. Prepare, balance, post, and distribute all necessary reports on a daily basis. Interact professionally with all departments and provide necessary information. Create 100% guest satisfaction by providing the Radisson experience through genuine hospitality and exceeding guest expectations. Listen, apologize with empathy, find solutions, and follow through when resolving guest problems. Utilize teamwork and take personal responsibility for guest service. Perform additional duties as required by management to maintain guest satisfaction and hospitality. Qualifications and Skills Minimum of one year of hotel front desk experience or equivalent customer service experience. Experience in the Opera system preferred. Proficient in math with ability to perform accurate calculations using a 10‑key calculator. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to exceptional guest service. Positive and professional attitude when handling all situations. Adherence to hotel policies and procedures. Must be available to work overnight and on a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends. Working knowledge of computer systems and basic math skills. Physical Demands Ability to stand, stoop or bend for the entire shift. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
