Jupiter Payments is looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, solving problems, and learning new technology. In this role, you'll work directly with merchants and agents to keep their payment systems running smoothly, answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and provide reliable support when they need it most.

We're looking for someone who is patient, resourceful, and comfortable communicating with customers throughout the day. You should enjoy figuring things out, learning new systems, and taking ownership of issues from the initial request through resolution.

Payment processing experience is not required. We're happy to train the right person who brings a strong customer-first mindset, a willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 phone and email support to merchants and agents.
• Troubleshoot payment terminals, POS systems, software, and common technical issues.
• Assist with account maintenance, CRM and helpdesk activities, terminal file builds, and equipment configuration and deployment.
• Help merchants and agents navigate products, understand processes, and resolve account or transaction-related questions.
• Monitor incoming requests, prioritize issues, communicate updates, and follow through to resolution.
• Recognize when an issue requires escalation and work with internal teams to reach a solution.
• Maintain accurate documentation of support requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the CRM and helpdesk systems.
• Build positive, professional relationships with merchants and agents through responsive, dependable service.
• Collaborate with colleagues across support, technical operations, and other departments to improve service delivery and identify recurring issues.
