Responsibilities Receive requests via email, phone or text from builders or field supervisors regarding roof finals, builder service, flashing, or other services. Create, assign, and close out work orders for requested services and ensure all necessary work is logged in the system. Send notifications to builders when a work order is assigned or completed. Manage Builder Portals (Hyphen or others) Lookup purchase orders (POs) in the builder’s portal. Upload Darling final punch reports and picture uploads to Hyphen. Investigate reschedules, update Bolt, and clear pending notes in Hyphen. Print and accept newly received orders. Verify builder payments for POs and request missing POs when necessary. Assist Repair Technicians Provide pin drops for hard‑to‑locate locations. Help resolve Bolt mobile crashes, login problems, photo upload failures, or missing work order visibility. Provide feedback on Bolt usage improvements, such as crew notes and photo uploads. Warranties Manage warranty calendar and schedule appointments with homeowners for yearly inspections, leaks, or repairs. Send appointment reminders to supervisors via email. Purchase Orders (POs) Create POs for materials required on repair or warranty work orders. Create POs for shorts or thefts. Early Project Orders (EPOs) Request EPOs for repairs from builders. Send EPO reminders to builders. Maintain a Google spreadsheet of all EPO missing information. Back Charges Assist area leads in investigating back charges. Help dispute back charges with builders. Assist supervisors when the agent is out of the office (create POs, add work orders on Bolt, etc.). Work hours are 7 AM to 4 PM Monday–Friday; additional hours or a mandatory 4‑hour weekend shift may be required during high workload periods.
