Summary Part-Time Client Advisor based at the Houston Galleria responsible for delivering exceptional, personalized service to clients and representing the Brand on the sales floor. The role focuses on building long-term client relationships through active clienteling, mastering product knowledge across categories, and contributing to individual and team sales targets while reporting to the Team Manager. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional client experiences by understanding and fulfilling client needs and preferences. Represent the Brand with professionalism and enthusiasm in all client interactions. Achieve individual and team sales objectives through effective engagement and relationship building. Maintain and leverage clienteling tools to develop long-term client relationships and personalized follow-up. Collaborate with team members to support a positive and dynamic store environment. Requirements Previous retail experience, preferably in a high-end or luxury environment, or strong customer‑centric background. Demonstrated sales and commercial mindset with ability to meet sales goals. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence clients.
