Gladney Center for Adoption in Fort Worth is seeking a Behavioral Support Specialist / Residential Coordinator to provide direct behavioral support and coordinate daily living for youth in a GRO. You will implement treatment plans and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. The role emphasizes trauma-informed, relationship-based care, skills development, safety, and community transition.
