Clinical Services Manager

Overseeing and supporting the Clinical Coding Team, the full-time remote Manager, Payer Clinical Services will ensure high-quality clinical and coding audits, enhance staff education, and maintain strong client relationships while driving operational excellence. Key responsibilities Oversee clinical/coding DRG audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with guidelines Identify improvement opportunities and provide staff education to enhance audit quality Maintain client relationships through thorough audits and effective communication of findings Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA), Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT), or Registered Nurse credential preferred Active coding certification, such as CCS, CPC, or CIC Extensive experience in DRG coding validation and/or auditing Experience leading or managing a team
