Outpatient Services Clinical Manager (Sacramento)

Overview Outpatient Services Clinical Manager with broad experience in the psychiatric/mental health field. Requires Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work and LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC licensure. The Clinical Manager provides administrative leadership and clinical oversight to a multi-disciplinary team of RNs, Master’s level Therapists, Case Managers, and Licensed Therapists. Outpatient programs include Partial Hospitalization, Dual Diagnosis PHP, Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Chemical Dependency IOP, Adolescent PHP, and Adolescent IOP. Responsibilities We are looking for an Outpatient Services Clinical Manager with advanced clinical/management practice experience. The role involves administrative leadership and clinical oversight to a growing multi-disciplinary team and coordination of outpatient programs listed above. Rewarding career opportunities Qualifications Education : Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology or Social Work, required. Experience : Minimum of five (5) years experience in psychiatric/mental health field, with a minimum of three (3) years experience in advanced clinical/management practice preferred. Experience in Personnel Management and Staffing preferred. License : LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC required. Additional Requirements : A strong knowledge of JCAHO, NAPHS, Title XXII, CMS, OSHA regulations, and patient rights standards and all other applicable federal and state laws and regulations governing mental health care facilities. CPR certification, and successful completion of the hospital’s designated behavioral and physical management training program, including de-escalation and appropriate use of seclusion and restraint required prior to assisting in the procedures.
