Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and deliver tailored short-term psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families through telehealth platforms.

• Provide crisis intervention, brief therapy, skills training, and supportive counseling, addressing a spectrum of mental health issues, including stress management and dual-diagnosis disorders.

• Collaborate closely with clinical team members, including licensed psychologists and nurse practitioners, to develop individualized treatment plans and determine levels of care based on client needs.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities while implementing therapeutic interventions grounded in research and best practices.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, therapy sessions, and progress reports in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

• Engage actively in continuous professional development, participating in clinical team meetings, and contributing to quality management initiatives and departmental planning.

• Serve as a consultant for colleagues regarding complex patient cases and provide guidance on treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Therapists in this role will work with a diverse array of clients experiencing various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma-related disorders. Our clientele involves individuals, families, and groups who are seeking support for both mental health and substance use challenges, creating a rich tapestry of therapeutic needs that enhances the professional experience of our clinicians.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or a Psy.D. to practice in Washington State.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• At least two years of experience providing psychotherapy services in a clinical or therapeutic setting, ideally incorporating telehealth.

• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems to document and manage patient information effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This competitive position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 125,000, reflective of the candidate's experience and qualifications.
