Entry-Level Bilingual Administrative / Customer Service Representative

Pay: $20.00–$22.00 per hour
Schedule: 35–37.5 hours per week to start, with the potential to increase to 40 hours
Job Type: Temp-to-Perm

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, confident, and motivated bilingual Entry-Level Administrative / Customer Service Representative to join a growing company. Previous experience with the company’s accounting software is not required. Training will be provided. The ideal candidate has a positive personality, strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner

• Assist customers with questions and general customer service needs

• Perform a high volume of accurate data entry

• Enter and receive inventory into the computer system

• Post customer payments

• Assist with basic account reconciliation

• Maintain accurate records and information

• Provide general clerical and administrative support

• Assist with other customer service and office-related duties as needed

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (Required)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Professional and confident phone presence

• Good computer and data-entry skills

• Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy

• Dependable, organized, and willing to learn

• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills

• Ability to learn new systems and procedures

• Experience with SAGE accounting software is not required; full training will be provided
