We are seeking a dedicated Project Administrator to support our electrical contractors on a construction site by managing onboarding and clerical tasks. This is a 3-month contract opportunity on a high-profile job site, ideal for someone looking to gain exposure in construction operations and project management processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist employees with orientation and gather information for onboarding and payroll.
• Utilize internal onboarding software and maintain basic spreadsheets.
• Coordinate with project managers and payroll staff.
• Serve as the point of contact for tradesmen during onboarding.
• Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Support general office functions within the trailer environment.

• 2+ years of administrative or clerical experience.
• Proficiency with basic spreadsheets and internal onboarding software.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Any industry experience acceptable; construction experience is a plus.

The work takes place in an air-conditioned construction trailer that functions as a full office. The position requires 40 hours per week with some overtime and occasional Saturdays. Typical start times range from 6–8 AM. You will be working collaboratively with approximately 8 people onsite, including project managers and payroll staff.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Saline, MI.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $29.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Saline,MI.
