As a Power Washing Lead Technician, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers and completing jobs to the highest standards. Power Washing Lead Technician Responsibilities:

• Perform excellent power washing alongside your team. You will be a leader, but you will also be power washing -- our goal is for every single customer to be delighted with your work 
• Supervise your power washing team to ensure jobs are completed to the customer’s satisfaction
• Utilize your experience to guide and mentor other team members
• Ensure that tasks are performed in a professional and efficient manner
• Abide by cleaning procedures checklists and ensure all jobs are completed to the highest standard
• Drive a commercial box truck (no CDL required)
• Monitor work activity to ensure team members remain productive, focused, and following company standards during work hours

Power Washing Lead Technician Manager Qualifications:

Minimum one year of proven leadership experience
Ability to climb ladders and walk on roofs with confidence
Ability to perform general labor and carry and lift up to 50lbs
Valid Driver's License
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Flexible schedule (ie early mornings)

Compensation: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
