LEAD HVAC INSTALLER — GENZ RYANBURNSVILLE, MN | $85K–$100K+/YR

Tired of being just another body in a van? Come install for a shop that actually pays like it.

THE MONEY (READ THIS PART)

• $40/hr GUARANTEED. Floor, not a ceiling.
• $1,600/week minimum — even on a slow week.
• Full System Install: $900
• Attic Air Handler: $1,200
• Half System: $450
• Mini Splits: $400–$1,200 (1 to 5 heads)
• Sales bonuses on top — comfort controls, zone systems, humidifiers, and more
• $25–$50 per membership sold
• Meetings/training? Still paid.

You work harder, you install more, you sell smart — you make more. No cap. Let your buddy at the other shop try to match that.

THE JOB

• Install furnaces, ACs & accessories — done right, to spec
• Fab and run ductwork
• Handle flue, gas, refrigerant vacuums
• Wire low-voltage stuff
• Keep your site clean and your van stocked
• Walk homeowners through their new system
• Be a pro. Represent the brand.

Requirements

WHAT YOU NEED

• 1+ year HVAC install experience (residential a plus)
• Valid driver's license
• Good attitude, strong work ethic
• Willing to learn
• Pass a background check + work simulation
• 18+, live within 60 miles of Burnsville
