Join our Maintenance Team as a Maintenance Technician! Join our growing Maintenance Team as a full-time Maintenance Technician at Richman Property Services, Inc. in Tampa, FL! Position: Maintenance Technician Location: Meridian Pointe Apartments, located in Tampa, FL Hours: M-F 8:00am-5:00pm, with on-call weekend rotation. 40 hours per week, weekend rotation required. Key Qualifications: EPA I & II or EPA Universal. If you do not have your EPA but possess the right skills and experience, RPS may sponsor (and pay) for your EPA I & II within your first 75 days on the job.
