Technical Customer Care Specialist

Providing remote technical support, the full-time Technical Customer Care Specialist will manage customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure satisfaction with company products and services. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming technical support requests escalated by front-line support Respond to customer inquiries via telephone or online, addressing routine to moderately complex questions Document and report on customer inquiries, follow up on issue status, and build relationships with customer representatives and cross-functional teams Required Qualifications High School Diploma/GED with 3 years of experience, or any degree/certification beyond HSD/GED with 1 year of experience, or 5 years of experience Ability to work flexible hours and independently as well as in a team environment Strong technical troubleshooting skills Experience in customer support or related fields Proficiency in documenting and reporting customer inquiries and resolutions
