Job Title: Parts Clerk / Forklift Operator
Pay: $17 - 19/hr based on the shift

Job Description
This role supports a busy parts dealership by accurately picking, packing, and handling parts orders in a clean warehouse environment. You will operate multiple types of forklifts and material handling equipment, use RF scanners and an order management system, and ensure parts are processed efficiently for both customers and the service department. This position is ideal for someone with solid forklift experience, strong attention to detail, and a stable work history.
Responsibilities

• Pick and package parts orders in the warehouse using various types of forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Operate sit-down forklifts, stand-up forklifts, cherry pickers, and scissor lifts safely and efficiently, or learn to operate each type as needed.
• Perform all phases of parts and stockroom duties with minimal supervision, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Pull parts orders utilizing an RF scanner and place stock in the correct locations.
• Process parts orders for the service department, ensuring the correct parts are pulled and delivered in a timely manner.
• Handle returns using an RF scanner and order management system, following established procedures.
• Perform general housekeeping duties in the warehouse area to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including loading, unloading, and staging materials as needed.
• Use pallet jacks, reach trucks, and other material handling equipment to move inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain accurate warehouse inventory through careful picking, packing, and stock placement.

Essential Skills

• Previous forklift experience, including sit-down forklift, stand-up forklift, scissor lift, and cherry picker operation.
• Ability and willingness to operate multiple types of material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and reach trucks.
• Experience with RF scanners for order picking, stock placement, and inventory management.
• Experience in warehouse operations, including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and material handling.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order picking, packing, and inventory control.
• At least 1 year of tenure in a previous job, demonstrating reliability and stability.
• Ability to perform stockroom duties with minimal supervision and follow established procedures.
• Comfort working in a warehouse environment and performing physical tasks such as lifting, moving, and organizing parts.
• Basic familiarity with order management systems or similar warehouse technology.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bellefonte, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
