Detailed Job description:

The Client Operations Remediation Support reports to the IT Operations leadership team and is responsible for supporting enterprise device updates, security remediation, and end-user computing initiatives. This role focuses on Windows 10 to Windows 11 upgrades, hardware refresh and replacement programs, endpoint security remediation, software deployment support, and device lifecycle management. The technician works closely with customers and IT teams to troubleshoot operating system and application issues, deploy and replace computing assets, maintain compliance with security standards, and ensure timely resolution of incidents while minimizing user downtime and meeting established service level agreements (SLAs).
