Role Description Krishna Realty WA is looking for a licensed Washington real estate agent to assist with day-to-day real estate and property management support. This is an independent contractor position ideal for someone who is organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable helping with a variety of real estate tasks. This is a part-time position. August 2026 is expected to average approximately 40 hours per week Other months will be as needed based on business demand Responsibilities Showing rental and sale properties Conducting open houses for sales listings Assisting with leasing appointments and buyer appointmentsHandling guest card responses and contacting prospective tenants Following up with prospects by phone, email, and text Scheduling showings and providing property/community information Coordinating with tenants, owners, buyers, builders, and vendors Helping with move-in and move-out appointments Property inspections and photo documentation Following up on repairs, builder items, and utility setup Supporting listing preparation, rental relisting, and leasing tasks Assisting with paperwork coordination and general transaction support Communicating updates clearly and professionally Qualifications Must be current and in good standing with licensing requirements Reliable transportation Strong communication and follow-up skills Ability to work independently and stay organized Property management or leasing experience preferred, but not required This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys real estate, wants flexible work, and is comfortable assisting with both sales and property management tasks. #J-18808-Ljbffr Krishna Realty
