You will assist with organizing, filing, and maintaining accounting documents and records, ensuring information is accurate, accessible, and properly stored.Full training and guidance will be provided to help you succeed in the role.Key Responsibilities Include:Organizing, sorting, and filing accounting documents, including invoices, purchase orders, receipts, and other financial records.Maintaining accurate and organized paper and electronic filing systems.Retrieving and locating documents as requested by members of the Accounting Department.Assisting with the sorting and distribution of incoming mail and accounting-related paperwork.Supporting the Accounting Department with general administrative duties, including document preparation and data entry as required.Ensuring confidential financial information is handled appropriately and stored securely.Assisting with other filing and clerical tasks as needed to support the smooth day-to-day operation of the department.Interested?If you are organized, reliable, and have a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you about this temporary opportunity!To succeed as a Temporary Filing Clerk, you should have good organizational skills, the ability to manage paperwork accurately, and a willingness to learn.
