Housekeeping Manager - Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa We are seeking a Housekeeping Manager to oversee daily operations for a premier resort in Texas Hill Country. The role includes managing staff, ensuring cleanliness, coordinating with other departments, and delivering exceptional guest service. Responsibilities Maintain open and clear communication with all departments and guests to ensure consistent service. Assist in maintaining a highly motivated and well‑trained staff that continually strives for excellence in service and cleanliness. Provide courteous, personalized, attentive, sincere, and consistent guest service by responding promptly and efficiently to inquiries, requests, and complaints. Resolve difficult or unusual problems that may arise while maintaining good guest relationships and demonstrating outstanding hospitality through corrective action taken. Assist Housekeeping leadership team with departmental functions: monthly meetings, uniform control, quality assurance in public space and guest rooms, linen and supply inventories, and scheduling and payroll cost controls. Prepare and complete all required reports, including VIPs, Due‑Outs, V/D's, etc. Qualifications Prior Housekeeping Supervisory/Management experience required. Previous supervisory experience in an upscale, full‑service hotel environment strongly preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred. Able to clearly and pleasantly communicate verbally and in writing in English with guests, management, and co‑workers, both in person and by telephone. Able to teach team members how to courteously interact with internal/external guests. Able to set priorities for the Housekeeping team and provide feedback to others that enhance performance. Able to work well under pressure, managing quick turns and high occupancies. Able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays. Able to move, bend, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. Able to stand or walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift.
