Spa Operations Manager We are seeking a highly motivated and exuberant Spa Operations Manager to lead our team, provide individual support and direction when necessary, and ensure our spa remains serene and offers world‑class luxury experiences. Responsibilities Lead the spa team, providing support and direction as needed. Ensure the spa operates smoothly with on‑time appointments and special guest requests. Maintain a serene, world‑class spa environment. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in a luxury spa environment. Post‑secondary diploma or degree is a plus. Advanced knowledge of spa operations. Strong leadership and proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24‑hour operation. Starwood Hotels is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
