Join us as a Clinical Supervisor, overseeing clinical staff and ensuring high-quality, client-centered behavioral health services. Support clinical excellence, staff development, regulatory compliance, and improved patient outcomes across treatment programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to therapists, social workers, and clinical staff.
• Conduct chart reviews, case consultations, and clinical audits.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, licensing standards, and accreditation requirements.
• Coach, mentor, and support staff development, recruitment, and training.
• Monitor clinical performance, client outcomes, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Assist with crisis intervention and complex clinical cases.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve service delivery and patient care.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience.
• Active, independent Ohio license: LISW or LPCC.
• Valid Ohio driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass background, compliance, and drug screening checks.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Salary: Starting at $80,000/year (Given based on experience)
