We are seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical leadership, supervision, and support to behavioral health professionals. This role focuses on clinical quality, compliance, staff development, and positive client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and day-to-day guidance to clinical and behavioral health staff.
• Review treatment plans, clinical documentation, charts, and casework for quality and compliance.
• Support staff with complex, high-risk, mental health, and substance-use cases.
• Provide guidance during crisis situations, risk assessments, and safety planning.
• Coach, mentor, and provide performance feedback to clinical staff.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and professional development.
• Monitor clinical performance, client outcomes, and compliance measures.
• Collaborate with leadership and quality-improvement teams.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Ohio regulations, and clinical standards.
• Participate in program development and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
• Active Ohio LISW or LPCC license in good standing.
• LISW-S or LPCC-S candidates are also eligible.
• Minimum 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience.
• Behavioral health and/or substance-use experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Must pass BCI/background, corporate compliance, and drug screening.
