Key Responsibilities

• Perform and Document Repairs: Conduct preventative maintenance, routine, and emergency repairs to support production and facility equipment, ensuring safety and effective communication with management and peers.
• Troubleshoot and Repair Systems: Work on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, including CNC machines (Okuma MA600HB/Makino a61nx-a81nx), assembly line equipment, automated assembly/test equipment, and general facility infrastructure.
• Operate Fabrication Tools: Utilize tools such as lathes, mills, and drill presses for part repair and modification.
• Industrial Waste Management: Ensure proper handling and disposal of hazardous and universal waste in compliance with regulations.
• Technical Documentation: Read and interpret technical documents, including schematics and equipment manuals.
• Independent Work: Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency while working independently.

Additional Responsibilities

• Suggest Improvements: Propose enhancements to equipment and manufacturing processes to improve uptime, reliability, and safety.
• Assist Engineering Team: Collaborate on special projects with the engineering team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Demonstrated Competency in Mechanical and Electrical Repairs
• Valid Driver's License and Forklift Certification
• Strong Troubleshooting, Communication, and Problem-Solving Skills
• Adaptability and Teamwork
• Intermediate PC Knowledge
• Ability to Lift Up to 50 Lbs and Perform Work on Ladders and Elevated Platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• 13 Years (or More) of Experience in Industrial Maintenance
• Hands-On Experience with CNC Machines, PLCs, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, and Vision Systems
• Familiarity with Special-Purpose Machinery and Automated Systems
• Proficiency and Knowledge of Codes and Regulations (OSHA, Arc Flash, LOTO, etc.)
