Gathering Hope House is seeking a full-time Behavioral Health Operations & Employment Coordinator to join our expanding program. This position combines direct behavioral health services with the coordination of the Work-Ordered Day, including Clubhouse operations, employment development, transportation, facilities, and community partnerships.

This is a direct service position, Monday–Thursday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.; Friday, 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. The successful candidate will maintain a in house caseload, provide Medicare and Medicaid billable behavioral health services, complete clinical documentation, and work alongside members to promote recovery, employment, education, and independent living.

Essential Duties

• Provide person-centered, recovery-oriented behavioral health services to adults living with serious mental illness.
• Work alongside members to build daily living, social, vocational, and independent living skills that promote recovery, reduce the impact of mental health symptoms, and increase independence.
• Maintain a billable caseload and complete timely, accurate documentation that meets Medicare, Medicaid, accreditation, and organizational requirements.
• Coordinate daily Clubhouse operations while promoting member participation, ownership, and leadership.
• Coordinate Clubhouse facilities, transportation, equipment, inventory, and operational resources to support daily operations and member participation.
• Coordinate vendor services, repairs, and maintenance for facilities, technology, vehicles, and equipment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with employers, educational partners, and community organizations.
• Support Transitional Employment and other employment initiatives.
• Participate in quality improvement activities and contribute to the ongoing growth of the organization.

Qualifications

Required

• Associate's degree in behavioral health, human services, social work, psychology, business, nonprofit management, or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• One year of relevant experience in behavioral health, community mental health, psychiatric rehabilitation, employment services, peer support, or a related human services field.
• Valid Ohio driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass required background checks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Must possess, or be able to obtain before providing services, an Ohio credential that permits you to provide clinical services to people with serious mental illness.
• Ability to meet documentation, compliance, and productivity standards for billable behavioral health services.
• Commitment to recovery principles, person-centered care, and the Clubhouse Model.

Preferred

• Experience working with adults living with serious mental illness.
• Experience providing Medicare and/or Medicaid billable behavioral health services.
• Experience with Clubhouse programs, psychiatric rehabilitation, employment services, or peer support.
• Current Ohio credential such as Peer Recovery Supporter, CDCA, QMHS, SW, LSW, LPC, LPCC, LISW, RN, or another credential eligible to provide reimbursable behavioral health services.
