We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team. This position will involve providing high-quality rehabilitation services to patients, including those requiring some inpatient care. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience working in a similar setting. Responsibilities

Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement therapeutic interventions to optimize patient recovery. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
