Addus HomeCare is seeking an Authorization & Eligibility Clerk (Hospice) for a remote role. The clerk will track and request authorizations for private insurance, communicate with staff about dates, and follow guidelines for submittals under supervision of the Billing Manager. The role requires home health and hospice experience, strong Excel/Word skills, and the ability to work independently with multiple deadlines.
