If you love crafting exceptional coffee experiences and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso-based beverages to customer specifications Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café environment Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient counter service Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment safely and accurately Handle cash and POS transactions with accuracy Restock supplies, monitor inventory, and communicate low stock to management Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times Requirements: Previous barista or food & beverage experience preferred Strong customer service skills with a friendly, outgoing demeanor Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player Basic math skills and experience handling cash or POS systems Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs Food Handler certification or willingness to obtain upon hire About Us: The Mable Partners LLC is a proud part of the Sarasota, FL community, dedicated to delivering quality products and memorable experiences to every guest we serve.
