Responsible for system wide support as assigned. Principle ResponsibilitiesParticipates in designing the action plan for specific site initiatives that support the strategic plan with the appropriate stakeholders.Design of site learning solutions for assigned initiatives that includes assessment, planning, design, implementation and evaluation utilizing professional standards.Facilitates the delivery of assigned learning solutions.Provides a broad range of consultation around the design of learning solutions to leaders, staff and content experts within the site.Other duties as assigned.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in nursing, education or related field2 to 5 years of learning and development experience2 to 5 years of experience in a health care settingPreferred QualificationsMaster's degreePhysical DemandsLight Work:Lifting weight up to 20 lbs. occasionally, up to 10 lbs. frequentlyPay RangePay Range: $38.52 to $52.80 per hourThe pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
